Build Confidence Through Real Emergency Training

Non-cookie-cutter instruction designed around practical scenarios you might face

Cascadian Rhythm offers CPR training, AED training, first aid, Stop the Bleed instruction, and emergency services across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. When an emergency happens, knowing what to do can make all the difference. Our approach focuses on preparing you for real situations, not just passing a test.

You'll work through scenarios that reflect the unpredictability of actual emergencies. Each session is structured so you understand not only the technique, but when and why to use it. Classes are held regularly with flexible scheduling, and bilingual instruction is available to ensure broader access.

Cascadian Rhythm is a veteran-owned training organization with decades of combined emergency medical experience. We also offer free community training options and low-cost certification, with proceeds supporting public access AED initiatives in Yakima, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, and surrounding cities.

How Training Prepares You

Our classes bring together multiple lifesaving skills in one session. You'll learn CPR, how to use Narcan and an EpiPen, and techniques to control bleeding—all in a hands-on environment. Every element is taught with context, so you leave understanding how these skills connect in a real emergency.

We keep sessions practical and rooted in scenarios you're likely to encounter. You won't be following a script. Instead, you'll practice responding to situations that demand clear thinking and quick action.

Each class is designed to give you more than certification:

Serving Communities with Consistency

In Yakima, Cle Elum, and Ellensburg, we are deeply rooted in the community through the Yakima Heart Safe Initiative and expanded regional outreach. We host regular classes at the the lower Yakima Valley classroom in Granger, providing dedicated community service to help residents learn lifesaving skills. Our focus goes beyond training; we are actively working to fund and deploy AEDs in high-traffic areas across Yakima, Cle Elum, and Ellensburg to ensure that if a cardiac event occurs, the right tools are within reach. Whether you're a local business owner or a resident, our sessions provide bilingual instruction and hands-on scenarios tailored to our central Washington environment.

Our veteran-owned team brings decades of combined experience to every session. We take accountability seriously, showing up prepared and focused on giving you the skills and confidence you need to act when it matters most.
